人生总有一段路特别难走， 抱怨没用，因为时间不会为你停留。 哭泣没用，因为他人不会替你承受。 若你后退，看你笑话的人挺多， 若你往前，才有机会证明自己， 生活没有一滴汗是白流的， 人没有一段路是白走的， 身在低谷，依然要仰望天空。 路过黑夜，依然要期待阳光， 万般皆苦，唯有自渡。 余生，要做最好的自己。

Trouble don't last always, and it shall pass.

There is no such thing as failure, failure is just life trying to move us in another direction now when you’re down there in a hole it looks like failure, so this past year I had to spoon-feed those words to myself and when you’re down in the hole when that moment comes it’s really okay to feel bad for a little while, give yourself time to mourn what you think you may have lost but then here’s the key LEARN FROM EVERY MISTAKE because every experience encounter and particularly your mistakes are there to cheat you and force you into being more of who you are and then figure out what is the next right move and the key to life is to develop an internal moral emotional GPS that can tell you which way to go. Here, what I want to share is? When the same problem comes up again, you will know the exact answer for sure. And you will get it too even if the problem comes out in a different way.
